TWO CAST EUROPE - Villefontaine

TWO CAST Isère produces cast iron parts in a range of small to medium size up to 80 kg.

Green sand molding process.
Mechanized and automatized cold box shooters, hot box process in relation with sub-contractors.
3 automatized molding lines from 450-540 mm to 730-850 mm (up to 320mm x2 in height).
Oxygen-gas rotating furnaces with a total capacity of 10 tons, with pig iron load only.

Dimensional and non-destructive metallurgical checking.

TWO CAST EUROPE - Saint Eloy les Mines

TWO CAST Auvergne offers solutions in a wide range of casting iron grade products from 80 kg to 7 tons weight range.

Chemical sand molding process.
Hand core-making shop and automatized cold box shooters.
Mechanized molding line with a 50 tons/h sand mixer, with flakes or flake-less, for medium batches.
Hand molding shop with a 20 tons/h sand mixer up to 4 meters size flakes.
JUNKER electrical furnaces of 6 tons for melting and 8 tons for holding.
